Old City Philadelphia Engagement | Kristin + Justin

Kristin and Justin were so much fun to hang out with during their engagement session in Old City a few months back. We had such luck with the weather too, probably the last fall-feeling day of the season. Dragging my feet on the thought that winter is poking its nose around the corner, I’m just not ready! Ready or not I think I’m out of luck as we’ve already had 3 snowfalls and currently icy conditions since. Spring should be here soon, right?!

We walked around Old City a bit and found some really neat old streets and doorsteps. We also hit Elfreth’s Alley which is the nation’s oldest residential street, dating back to 1702! There’s a gorgeous stone road down the middle, lined with pretty brick sidewalks and classic brick homes. It’s actually a National Historic Landmark, definitely one for the life checklist.

We ended our session at Race Pier overlooking the Ben Franklin Bridge. Which was pretty fitting considering Justin proposed to Kristin on a pier, the Navy Pier in Chicago! Kristin had no idea he was going to pop the question (love when that happens!). As soon as she said “YES!” they were joined by both their families, how sweet is that!?

Can’t wait to capture their wedding day! If their engagement session was any indication, their wedding day is going to be a blast. Here are a few favorites.

Happy Monday!

XO
