One of my absolute favorite types of sessions are minis! They are short, they are sweet and always pack a punch. I used to let my creativity go wild with props, different settings, various locations. However, this past year I took a play out of the ‘let’s enjoy the simplicity of the season’ book aka ‘hey Covid!’. We held sessions on our property, Hamilton Farms in Chadds Ford, and we were able to open many more days and time slots than years past. It was fun, it was relaxing and it was great to see so many new families as well as those returning from the previous years.

Minis are the perfect session for families with little kiddos, dogs or even a couple wanting to have great photos for their Christmas cards. Sure beats scrambling last minute looking for a photo on your phone that’s acceptable to mail out! Yes, myself included 🙂 This coming year, I’m thinking about doing Christmas in July! Offering a discount for those that want to get their holiday photos out of the way and ready to go when the Black Friday Sales hit in November. Be on the lookout for more info!
