I had the joy of capturing Becky and Brandon’s summer garden wedding at Greenville Country Club in Delaware and it was nothing short of amazing. Becky and Brandon were referred to me by a previous client, which is always the best compliment. Receiving referrals from former clients means the world to me. I enjoyed getting to know this wonderful couple and witnessing their love for one another.   

Summer Garden Wedding

Greenville Country Club is a lovely historic estate situated on acres of beauty. The couple planned their wedding ceremony to take place outside in the gardens, however the weather had other plans. Just as the bridal party was preparing to walk down the aisle, rain started to fall. Moments later, it down poured. The staff was amazing at quickly relocating the ceremony location to a covered space. Thankfully, there was a break in the rain that allowed us to capture wedding portraits in the garden’s picturesque setting. One benefit to rain showers, however, is that they always give way to beautiful sunsets once it clears!

An elegant string quartet played during the ceremony as Becky made her way down the aisle in her stunning dress with intricate lace design on the long train. Her garden inspired wedding bouquet featured peach and dusty pink flowers, with a pop of burgundy and vibrant greenery. 

Their reception took place under the venue’s outdoor tent. Stringed lights decorated the ceiling and lanterns surrounded by elegant garden flowers dressed the tables. After the newlyweds shared a special moment on the dance floor, everyone enjoyed the wedding toasts and a delicious dinner. Then the band continued playing as everyone danced and celebrated Becky and Brandon’s joyous wedding day! 

Becky and Brandon, thank you for allowing me to a part of your gorgeous wedding day! It was such an honor to get to know you and capture the start of this new, exciting chapter in your lives. Cheers!
